Condenser Mic NOT WORKING on 48V - AT2020

Hi, I have had my Audio Technica AT2020 for a few months now but I have never really had the chance to use it for I haven't had a USB Audio Mixer. I recently purchased the Behringer XENYX Q502USB and plugged my AT2020 into it through and XLR to XLR cable and nothing. I have turned Phantom Power 48V on and it still gets nothing. I have tried other less expensive mics through the 1/4inch jack and they all seem to work fine. It's just the AT2020. I also tried taking the cable to another mixer and another mic and both worked, but it seems to just be the AT2020.

Do you think I have a bad mic? Or am I missing something?

Have you tried the cable with another phantom power mic. Also, did you plug in the external power to the mixer as it's do phantom power over the USB alone.

I did plug in its external power and I tried the AKG C214, it worked well, just not my mic.
