condenser mic works without phantom power but doesn't work with it

Hello I bought mic Neewer NW-800 It worked till today with phantom power...But now it work only without phantom...I dont think I fried phantom, because leds are on and everything looks fine...
I can find mic in PC but no sound from it, I can hear it only when I dissconnect Phantom and connect mic with xlr-->3,5mm Jack...Any solutions?

Are you able to swap in another phantom power to test with?

Or try another microphone in place of the Neewer?

Objective being to identify the problem device by elimination.

Hello, I am not able to swap phantom or mic...I bought this set-up few days ago..It worked perfect...Dont know what happened. I hope thats some bad setting in my computer.
