That is not likely to work. What is the make/model of your printer AND your router?

Some routers can act as a print server for connected USB printers. Also, we need to know if your printer has the ability to act as its own print server.

my printer is HP Deskjet 2050 All-in-One,my primary router is a ZTE ZXHN H108N, and my wireless wap bridge is a ddwrt router, i want to conect my printer in ddwrt not in my primary router so i think we have to deal with a ddwrt firmware

What is the make/model of the WAP bridge, then? The printer itself can't act as a print server and it lacks any networking capabilities.
