how to enable wifi at dlink modem (DSL 2730E) when I am using Ethernet Input And WIFI/ ethernet output
or simply cofiguration for ethernet in, wifi/ethernet out

Better rephrase your request because I have no idea what you are asking.

Ethernet/WIFI are 2-ways communication medium, there is no In or Out, they are both.

That DLink DLS 2730 is ADSL gateway - it's "input" is the phone line, and the "output" is Ethernet/WiFi.
You cannot use it as ordinary router (where router has one WAN / "input" port).
