Build Advice Configuration thoughts

Hi everyone, about a week ago I posted a thread about the hardware and now I think I am finally ready with my setup. I have chosen the following parts :
CPU - i5 10600K
GPU - Gainward or Palit 2070S
Mobo - MSI Gaming Edge Wifi or Gigabyte Aorus Elite/Vision G
Cooler - Noctua NH-D15
SSD - Samsung 970 Evo 500GB
RAM - Corsair Vengeance 2x8GB 3600Mhz
PSU - Seasonic Core GM 650W

What are your thoughts about this configuration? Which Mobo you think is the better option? Do I need a HDD if I do not need more than 500GB? Maybe other brand GPU?
