Configure new PC for wireless connection?

Windows 7 says its currently only configured for wired connections, how do I make it to connect to my router?

You need a Wireless NIC (Network Interface Card) for the machine to pick up wireless signals (unless you have some motherboards, high end ASUS' typically, that have wireless built in).
