Question Configuring my cell phone as a drive

I would like to store some files in an encrypted file on my cell phone and configure an option to direct the app to my cell phone, so when I click on the "save" option, in addition to C: and D: etc there will be an option that says Pixel7a: I would want this to be seamless, no additional steps needed. Can this be done? I use my phone as a backup source for some data, as well as a thumb drive, etc.

When connecting the phone to the PC via USB you have to press on the notification the phone does to connect it as a drive.
But your app might not see the phone as an actual drive so the seamless part depends.
