Configuring my RAM for American Megatrends

Hi,
I have an ecs motherboard with American Megatrends bios which is call Aptio. I am getting really high speed crucial spot xt memory. I looked through my bios and I was having a difficult time finding the right settings to change. Does somebody good with American Megatrends bios know what the settings are called or if it has all the settings that I need and I'm just confused. BTW I was following the Linus Tech Tips video.

Thanks! I actually figured it out myself! I was confused on the speed setting! My ram is 1600MHz or something like that so i set it to 800MHz since i have two sticks does that sound right?
