I have an older HP desktop (S5747C) that I have recently updated with the Windows 10 OS. This PC has been connected for years to my router in my mancave but now my wife wants to use it to browse the internet. There is no ethernet connection where she wants to use it, so I'll have to connect to the WIFI. Unfortunately I dont know how to configure that.

Ive surfed this site but am not finding what I need. Can somebody point me in the right direction?

Solution
You need to buy a Wi-Fi adaptor. Easiest solution would be a USB version. You can find one on Newegg.com or Amazon.com. Just load the driver, plug in the USB adaptor and sign on to your wireless network. (I'm assuming you have a router that provides a wireless network.)
