Yes, but you won't get the most out of it unless you set up bios to specs.

What motherboard do you own? A timing of 4-4-4-12 is great, but this ram can do 3-3-3-8 to.

I have the Asus P5K-E.

When i get this RAM i will post a message in the overclocking forum to ask for a guide to getting the most out of this RAM.
