Case: In Win A1 plus
Mobo: Asus b450i

Hi, I’m not getting any power to my new build despite 8 pin and 24 pin being connected.
I’m thinking its maybe the front panel connector in the wrong place or else a faulty case PSU.
Can anyone confirm the images below are the correct location for the front panel IO connector?

ps-also does the A1 plus have a Physical PSU On switch? As it might be as simple as this!

thanks.

Just refer to manual,
https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/...133.464957262.1595640811-970666136.1560532658

You can check page 1-2, point 7 to know the panel location , and go to page 1-16 to front panel slot details.
Hi, I checked it with another power supply and also brought it to a local PC repair shop.

The motherboard was getting some power in that the rgb edge lit leds were coming on along with the standby led, but there was another power issue somewhere as the front I/O wasn’t working at all and none of the fans were spinning etc.

They diagnosed it as a faulty board so I’ve had to return it RMA. Hopefully there isn’t much issue and I can get a quick replacement!!

Ive since read some reviews on the board and it seems to have common problems with power.

shame really as i need the 2x M.2 slots. 😖
