When buying a monitor, should one first confirm it'll work with a particular Linux distro [Ubuntu in my case], or is it OK to assume it will?
I'm interested in the HP 2009m monitor but find no reference to Linux support, on the HP site or elsewhere.
Not sure if I'm overthinking this--but I wonder, what if the correct drivers aren't available or something like that.
What do you experienced users do?
