conflict with vid card and monitor

I've updated both drivers for my 19" Samsung 950B & ATI Radeon 8500LE and I'm still having problems. Whenever I go into some games ie. Starcraft, Roguespear, Star Wars Battlegrounds, it gives me two screens one on top of the other. The top one being smaller and just as wide as the bottom one. I switched monitors and it worked fine, I switched my computer with a dif vid card and it worked fine as well. It's only during gameplay that this happens. My guess is it's the monitors driver, cause when I switched the computer to my 19" Smasung, I didnt install its drivers and there was no glitch ... but on my other PC I had installed it gave me the two screen problem. But, I updated the driver and it's still a no go .... any ideas???

Hmm, could be the frequency setting in advanced video settings...maybe.

What's the frequency, Kenneth?

what frequency should it be? i switched it from 75, 80 and currently its on optimal .... still no luck, ill keep trying
