Is Msi GTX 970 4G Support OPEN CL ??
OPEN CL is very necessary for renders
but i have still doubt and confuse about open CL in gtx 970.

I may be wrong, so feel free to correct me, but I think I remember reading that AMD gaming cards tend to perform better in OpenCL than Nvidia gaming cards. If this is true, then the 290X could be a better deal for the same price, since it performs about as well in gaming and better in OpenCL.

You're correct. But CUDA is Nvidia only, which could be a factor.

Fair enough. Just wanted to make sure OP considered that in case CUDA is not necessary. The 290X also uses much more power, so it might not be best for certain scenarios where efficiency is key.
