Hello. I haven't been buying computer hardware for a long time. I'm wondering what this note below exactly mean. some sites say this mobo has 2x usb 2.0 ports and 1x usb 3.2 port. Let's say I have a case which includes 2 front usb 2.0 ports and 2 rear 3.0 ports. Does the motherboard (H510M S2H V2) meet the requirments to fully utilize all the ports?

  • USB
    Chipset
    1. 4 x USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports (2 ports on the back panel, 2 ports available through the internal USB header)
  • Chipset+USB 2.0 Hub
    1. 8 x USB 2.0/1.1 ports (4 ports on the back panel, 4 ports available through the internal USB header)

what case are you talking about? never sen one with "rear usb ports" the mobo usually has the rear ports and the case has front ports.

that is not all the info overall. but what it says is that the back of the mobo has 2 x 3.2 ports and a header you can plug the case panel into that can provide 2 more. 4 x 2.0 ports on the back of the mobo and a header allowing 4 more from the case.

but with the case model can look and make sure what exactly you are looking at
