I recently got my liquid cooler Captain 240 EX.
Now the FAN connector coming from the PUMP where do i attach it? I think in CPU FAN?

And the 2 other ones connectors, where do i plug them?

Solution

Yes, that should work fine, with the caveat that your pump will always run at full speed.

If you want to use a software solution to vary the pump speed, I would plug the pump into one of the CPU fan headers and the radiator fans into the other.
I got an ASUS Maximus iX Hero. I forgot to mention (sorry my bad english) that the Captain 240 EX came with a "join", i mean, it has a utility that you plug up to 4 fans and then goes to 1 fan connector (4 pins).

I currently have connected the PUMP to CPU FAN header and then the other 2 to this "utility" that i connect to a normal FAN HEADER.

I got 3 fans, 2 connected to motherboard and 1 to the PSU (since i broke the yellow cable of the third fan connector).

The Motherboard HAS: AIO_PUMP, CPU_OPT, CPU_FAN, CHA_FAN1, CAH_FAN2, CHA_FAN3, W_PUMP, W_FLOW.

I don't know what AIO_PUMP, W_PUMP and W_FLOW is for?
I think CPU_OPT is a like a second CPU_FAN. Am i correct?

Here is the page from your manual that shows the specs and control for all of the headers
