Confused about 'jaud', 'jled', 'jcom', 'jtpm' ports on Msi b450 motherboard

Hello,
1. Iam going to build a pc upon my own for 1st time, I purchased a Msi b450 pro m2 motherboard with Ryzen 5 1600 and when I saw some pins on motherboard I confused between them, can anyone help me out what pins are they and what cables I have to plug into them
1. JAUD1
2. JLED1
3. JCOM1
4. JTPM1

2. In 'jfp1' pins what is the use of 9th pin and what should be plugged into it

3. I got the two sata cables in box of motherboard, one is 90° bended another one is straight, which cable will go into SSD and HDD
