Confused about motherboard fan headers

I'm confused about fan headers on my mobo(msi b350 gaming plus). it has 4x4pin system fan headers but it has 1x4pin water pump fan header, and 1x4pin cpu fan header. my system is going to have 3 case fans and 2 fans for my radiator. Which go where, and will all of them allow fan speed adjustability?

Radiator fans should go to CPU_Fan connectors, you can use Y splitter to connect them together. Pump to pump header of course. For case fans you can also use Y splitter to connect 2 closest ones together to a CHA_Fan connector.
