Confused about type of RAM

I have a Toshiba satellite laptop C50-A. I am thinking to add more RAM. It has currently a Micron DDR3-1600 Mhz PC3-12800 CL=11 Model 4KTF25664HZ-1G6E1 RAM Module. The confusion is this: As I know from research DDR3 PC3 Ram runs on 1.5 v.
But when I ran CPU-Z it shows my voltage is 1.35v not 1.5 v. And the type of RAM shown is DDR3 on CPUZ not DDR3L.
I ran a system scanner on crucial.com and it recommends an upgrade to DDR3L RAM running at 1.35v. And RAMMON shows voltage as 1.5v, 1.3v and DDR3.
So my question is my RAM DDR3 running at 1.5 V or DDR3L running at 1.3v.

The DDR3L (DDR3 Low Voltage) standard is an addendum to the JESD79-3 DDR3 Memory Device Standard specifying low voltage devices. The DDR3L standard is 1.35 V and has the label PC3L for its modules. Examples include DDR3L‐800 (PC3L-6400), DDR3L‐1066 (PC3L-8500), DDR3L‐1333 (PC3L-10600), and DDR3L‐1600 (PC3L-12800). The DDR3L and DDR3U specifications are compatible with the original DDR3 standard and can run at either the lower voltage or at 1.50 V.[19]
Devices that require DDR3L, which operate at 1.35 V, such as systems using fourth-generation Intel Core processors, are not compatible with DDR3 operating at 1.50 V.[20]

Check your BIOS, and see what it says about your current RAM voltage. I would get a duplicate stick if adding to the first, regardless of all the voltage confusion. If replacing the RAM entirely with larger stick(s), go with the Crucial recommendations (and per your BIOS voltages).
