Question Confused about what to do

hello,so i have a PSU with a height (H) of 8,5 cm,if i buy a psu that is 8,6 cm in height will it fit?i'm guessing there shouldn,t be much a difference.My current PSU seems pretty crammed in there.

and will there be a problem if i flip the psu upside down and install it like that?with the fan facing the mobo

Well, do you have 0.1 cm/1 mm of additional space? You should be able to tell simply by looking at the PSU in the current case, crammed in or not.
