is one better then the other or should I just go for the cheaper one? thanks in advance :)

Hey my PSU is over 300w I know that much sorry, not to great with my PC, my old graphics card stopped working so using the on bord one atm and evrything has to be on minimum settings and still laggs!

The GT730 you mention isn't the newest and best version of the 730 series. The newer 64bit 1GB DDR5 is better. But the GTX 750 Ti is the best choice. it can run off the power of the video card slot and plays games well below 1080P resolution. At 1080P you'll have to turn down some settings. You can only do better if your computer has a 6 pin PCIe connector to run the GPU. Then AMD can offer some faster or cheaper options. But the 750Ti is worth the extra cost for gaming.

Hi, I just looked it has 2 4 pin looking types and a 6 pin type?

The 6 pin connector should have 3 yellow wires on one side and 3 black on the other and be on a seperate cable from the others. That is for the video card. The large 4 pin in a row type are called Molex and are for extra CD/DVDs.

You might shop for an R7-360. They tend to be a little cheaper than the GTX750Ti and perform about the same. But the 750Ti is a good choice.

Solution

Hope the 750TI works in my computer then seems like it should got the 6 pin has the 3 black and 3 yellow, thanks a bunch!

I think you would have regretted buying the other card. I'm answering about 3 threads at once on this question. I forgot to mention That GTX750 Ti come in EUFI, and Legacy BIOS compatible versions. Find out which type of BIOS your computer has and get one that matches. It varies from brand to brand. Sometimes EUFI can be disabled in BIOS.
