[SOLVED] Confused by benchmark results on SK Hynix NVMe.

I have an SK Hynix M.2 NVMe 1TB that starts out writing like it is advertised. Then shortly after beginning of benchmark the write rate drops like it hit a wall from 3.2 GB/s to 1.2 GB/s. I don't have enough knowledge of nvme drives to know if this is to be expected or if it is something I can change via settings. It just doesn't look right.

Yep, thanks for the link. I had read the initial review when shopping for a drive last year but didn't think about looking at it to compare now. I'm getting a little bit better numbers than they did in review, guessing that comes from larger drive. I don't recall seeing different speeds based on drive size from SK Hynix but I know Samsung has different advertised speeds for 250~500GB vs 1&2TB. Appreciate the help, thanks.
