hey guys im building a pc, what i came across lately took me off guard,
Do i need a wifi card in my system?
I have a router at home but was wondering what piece in my new soon to built computer would give me access to wifi.. is it the Operating system? the motherboard? or do i need to buy a wifi card to connect to the internet via through my router?
Im confused at this topic.. plus which is better a USB adapter or a Wifi card?
as you can clearly see im new to the whole pc race..

Ps which i5 should i get?
And another question is should i invest in the R9 390 or a gtx card around the same price bracket?
heres my build if you guyss wanna check:

Solution
Preferably, you use an ethernet cable.
Failing that, 2 powerline devices.

If your only possible option is WiFi, then yes, you need a WiFi adapter.
But that would be an absolute last choice.
You need to get a wifi USB adapter or wifi card if you want to use wifi instead of ethernet.
The i5 4460 is fine.
Up to you if you want R9 390 or GTX 970. Read up the reviews for either and make your decision.
If you don't need any of the Win 10 Pro features the standard Win 10 Home is fine.
