so i was looking for a hard drive and sth was confusing

Western Digital black 6 tb 256mb cache is cheaper than WD black 6TB 128mb ...
does it mean 128 is better than 256 or sth else

Solution
It could be an anomaly, like one drive is on sale and the other isn't. It could also be a difference in drive rotational speed. The 256mb of cache could be trying to make up some performance loss from a 5400 RPM drive. It could also be the intended use for the drives and quality of other components or firmware. There are drives made for desktops, NAS, video surveillance, servers, and a few others. They will all work as drives for your computer, but they are optimized for different kinds of performance.
