My cpu temperature is in between 69°C-74°C (not going over 75°C) while playing Rainbow Six Siege. Cpu usage is 70%-80% while the gpu usage is 100%. Is this cpu temperature normal with intel stock cooler? specs are - i3-10100 10th gen with stock cooler, GT 1030 and 2x8gb 2400mhz ram.

I don't know if those temps are "normal" under those gaming circumstances, but they are certainly well within Intel specifications.

You could knock them down by changing coolers......I wouldn't bother UNLESS highly worried for whatever reason. What is your anxiety level? Mild? One step ahead of a conniption fit?

kind of worried that my cpu might die in this temperature

Not sure what "kind of" is, but why worry?

Change coolers if it is bothering you. You say it is.

CPUs are EXTREMELY reliable. It would throttle if beyond Intel specs.

Maybe someone will tell you those temps are normal. But you might still worry. What then? I guess from your user name you would remain uncertain.

Yes, the Intel stock cooler isn't particularly good. Something like a Hyper 212 would knock those temps down a fair bit. They are not particularly concerning though.
