I don't have a PC yet but id like to learn about overclock. I been searching forums and am just confused.
I'm going to be going with the FX-6300. (note my gpu will be the r9 280x) Will I see a big difference if I got with the FX-8320 (however this is past my budget so id prefer the fx-6300 what do you think?
I'll be using the EVO-212 cooler. Id like to get around 4.2ghz (will i see a noticeable diffrence (as in gaming and browsing the web?) How does the voltage stuff work. Im guessing the voltage is at 1 now. By increasing it will it damage the CPU? I see your not suppose to run it over 1.5v Id like to be around 1.2 or so. cause my dam luck ill end up frying at 1.4 or something. And i read about multiplier 17.5x and 20x what the heck is that lol? So lost on all this stuff.
