Confused on prices of certain GTX 1080 brands?

Hey, I was recently considering to buy a 1070 or saveup for a 1080.
I was on amazon and saw that the 1070's were roughly £400-£460 however when I searched for a 1080 they were roughly £600-£650
HOWEVER, I saw one 1080 for £430 ( https://www.amazon.co.uk/Zotac-GeForce-Extreme-Graphics-ZT-P10800B-10P/dp/B01GCAVSIO )

I was wondering will this give the same performance as the others? What are the differences? Should I buy it? Why are other brands/manufacturers so much more expensive?

EDIT: Another question: Amazon and some other sites say the GPU needs/uses 500W however I did some research and it only uses 100-300W? (I'm guessing where it states 500W it means the recommended PSU should have atleast 500W)

That looks a bit odd. The seller only has a handful of reviews and it isn't sold by amazon.

Well Zotac is a known company, but I'm still really puzzled by this :/
