Hello!

I was looking for a new computer in my local tech shop and stumbled upon 2 computers but I don't know which one is better and furthermore, I am not sure about one's GPU performance.

Option 1:
CPU: Ryzen 3 2200g
RAM: 8gb
GPU: Vega 8
and a 240gb SSD+!TB HDD

Option 2:
CPU: Core i3 7100
RAM: 8gb
GPU: Geforce GT1030 2gb
and 240gb HDD

Now I am sketched out by the GT1030 because it nowhere on the page specifies what type of memory it has because the DDR4 version is quite a bit slower than the GDDR5 one. (the link to the site if you want to see for yourself https://www.bigbang.si/namizni-racunalniki/pcplus-e-office-i3-7100-8gb240gbgt1030-2gb-614274) I know it is in my language but hopefully, you have a translator and it is pretty straightforward to see what is what. And I know there is going to be a person that would just say "get a computer for more money as you will get better performance", to them I say not all of us have that much money.

Solution
Option 1 is the best choice. It has a better upgrade path. Plus the Ryzen 2200G is a true quad-core unlike the i3-7100.

Option 2 is on an old and obsolete platform with the best CPU you could upgrade to being a quad-core i7.
If you are not concerned about performance, why not get a laptop/notebook/2-in-1 convertible. There are so really low priced stuff that works just as good as these for probably for same or less money:

For example, not even looking really hard:
