Question Confused on why my build has low fps

I’m running a ryzen 5 2600
16gb vengeance ram
Asus Rx 570 4gb
I tb hdd

With that being said, I’m running into 16 FPS in eternal magic. My computer is constantly running at 3.4-3.6ghz, with my msi gaming boost enabled. Maybe my issue is a bios update? I’m fairly new to pc buids, maybe someone can shed some light on my issue.

It could be a variety of things, bios update shouldn't have a major influence on your performance (provided it hasn't been a long time since you last updated). Run a maintenance task first that is my main go to if I have performance drops and perhaps consider deleting any third party softwares.

well, I haven’t ran this computer in like 6 months, and I don’t have any third party software on here.
