Confused over configuration

Hi guys I have pc which is built in India just for 15000rs. My pc specs are amd a8 5500 cpu with antec a30 cooler .4gb ddr3 hyperx 1866mhz ram
.antec 120mm fan .3 HDD's for storage.with gtx 760 graphic card.and a 400watt psu from vip brand in India it's been quality brand in psu market . Now I bought gtx 760 for 4000rs and it runs fine but psu fan start to make some weird sound when gaming . Is a right configuration.

Not knowing about PSU's brand and model and also it's true performance, I'd say that it's right at it's power limit or close to that. Adding a dedicated GPU is surely an added load on the PSU normally adequate without it.
The GPU itself is listed at maximum 170W with 500W (true) PSU requirement.
