[SOLVED] confused - Virtualbox 7 setup

So I made a new VM tonight and it works fairly well except I can't seem to access my network drives.

I don't know what the difference is, I set it up exactly the same in settings as my old one. This is old:

I have installed the Virtualbox Guest Additions. but not sure it worked right, as screen resize doesn't seem to work. Maybe that is it?

I know I did get this error a few times when trying to mount them:

but fixed that by mounting it under my Wind ISO in Settings/Storage, it seemed to work after that. error no longer showed.

Making VM isn't something I do everyday so I might have missed something or messed up. Its kind of pointless having it if I can't move files to it.
I had practice tonight, fun times...
1st time I started I realised my ISO file was on a HDD and was installing onto an SSD. I put it out of its misery.
2 installs froze updating windows 10. I kept teking the focus away from installer.
So this is 4th Install of Windows 10 tonight.
Had to hide one update as it would always fail, hard to resize a partition that doesn't exist.

I hadn't intended to spend 4 hours messing with VM today. One simple thing led to much annoyance.

I be nice and make it an actual question... don't ask.
