I have a laptop which has no graphics card but 2gb ram i3 secondgen dual core With win7 os and intel hd graphics i am planning to purchase Gta IV Complete edition What du U recommend please

Yes, if you want to play gta or assassin's Creed, you will need a new graphic card. I can't recommend one without knowing your Motherboard, psu, and price range.

he has a laptop, there is no upgrade

as for the OP, upgrade the ram to at least 4gb, odds are its capping the 2gb causing lag because the onboard shares ram with the cpu

If i were you i really shouldn't do that. You're laptop is not able to run that at ALL. Without a dedicated graphics card you shouldn't even consider it. Sorry :/
