Confused where to insert the video card

I have a Asus P7P55D 1156 mother board. and a Asus GF GT240 pci-e video card.

Now I am confused, in which PCI-E slot do I insert the video card


PCIe 2.0 x16 (single at x16)

or

PCI Express 2.0 x16 slots (@x4 mode, 2.5GT/s)

and why. tia
