Confused.. Will GTA V work on my pc with following specs?

Hey I have a Laptop which is Lenovo G500s..with specs..i3-3120M cpu@2.50 ghz processor (dual cores I except) ,4gb ddr3 ram,nvidia Geforce GT 720M.
I can play far cry 4 on low graphics without lags..SO WILL GTA5 WORK ON MY LAPTOP ON LOWest SETTINGS?
Or can I do anything to make it work please advise me on that..Thank you.
