Depends on how you want it set up.
The most common setup would be radiator screwed into the case, then fans screwed into the radiator on the interior side (sandwich the radiator). This setup is the typical exhaust setup with the fans blowing air from inside the case out through the radiator, used in the top of the case.
If you are front mounting, it should be fans sandwiched between the case and radiator, pulling air in from outside and blowing through the radiator.
