got a new Genius M6-600 Gaming mouse with the great PMW3310 sensor, great mouse with 130ips, 30g Acceleration, 65000fps, with 5 levels of adjustable DPI.
am using 3/11 windows sens with 800DPI, and i was reading about DPI differences so i wanted to test it myself. in theory 800dpi X 3/11 = 400dpi X 6/11. and i was measuring the distance to move the mouse on the screen from one edge to the other. looks like the 400dpi x 6/11 is double faster than the 800dpi x 3/11.
i kinda wanted to put it on 400 x 6/11 like many pros and test my sens to theirs.
any idea why maths are not compatible ?
