Confusing in choosing graphics card ?

i am from India so graphics card prices here are very expensive so decided to go within the budget of 20k so i find these two Graphics card perfect for my new PC build
sapphire RX 480 8GB DDR5 ( Rs.19390) and Zotac 1060 6GB DDR5 ( Rs.19490) but i find it difficult to choose one between the two so guys which one is better RX 480 or GTX 1060 in performance and power consumption...!!!!

I would go for the 1060 because it is better then the 480 with a little price difference. If the price was higher I would go for the 480

The GTX 1060 outperforms the RX 480 in most benchmarks. But in DX12 RX 480 is superior, and again you could really use that extra Vram the RX 480 has.
