[SOLVED] confusion about overclocking

In amd ryzen master my Cpu's(Ryzen 5 2600x) current profile's PPT(1000) TDC(114) and EDC(168) Voltage(1.4v) are even higher than the game mode profile's. Is my cpu overclocked or is it working fine?

It's "overclocked" when needed, when a game or program demands it.
