Confusion due to a no-post

So I recently built a new pc, with an Amd 6300 cpu, an RX 550 gpu, Mushkin Silverline RAM, an Asus M5A78L-M motherboard, a Rosewill Nautilus case, two 500 GB hard drives, and a Logisys 480W power supply. The build was put together, all the cables appear to be connected, the Gpu is seated in the PCI properly, all the leds, case fans and the cpu cooler are working.
However, I'm still getting no visible output into my monitor....
None of the parts are used, and none of them appear physically damaged.
I'm still scratching my head over this no-post, and would love any input.

Logisys 480W power supply.....is a hazard to your build components , very very poor power supply. Remove it. You need a QUALITY PSU.

Okay yeah. Two follow up questions- first of all, would that be the cause for the full no post? It seems to be power g at least the visible components, although it does have a bit of a whine. Following that, is this replacement urgent, or should it wait until issues that could be causing the no post?

Yes it's urgent Logisys are dangerous to run , not joking.

Get the above PSU so at least we know you have a viable power source to operate the components.
