Confusion for Drivers of MSI Radeon R9 390 GAMING 8GB

I've Windows 10 64 bit
On this website - http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=Windows+10+-+64
I found two drivers one was the Crimson Edition 15.12 and the other was Crimson Edition 16.3.1 Hotfix.... I'm wondering that I've to download just the 16.3.1 Hotfix or the other one then this hotfix??? I know it's a weird question but im confused and i dont want to mess up my card...😀

You can directly install 16.3.1 hotfix, each driver download always comes with the full driver package.

Also I've not entirely bought the card yet but I'm hearing lots of complain over internet about R9 390 or the full series crashing... yeah with the old drivers like the 15.12 so i was wondering that is the card good? Just type R9 390 crashing on google and you'll know what I'm speaking

I have a R9 290X and didn't have any problems with it so far and 390(x) is basicly the same chip, so I see no reason why you should have any problems with it. There's always a very small chance you get a faulty card, but that's with any manufacturer.
