Confusion over which Toshiba Bios to install on P205-S8811 Win 10 32-bit OS

The following files are available - Notice the dates and versions. Version 2.7 has an older date than 2.5.

The machine has Windows 10-32 bit OS installed on a x64 based processor

Is the 32 or 64 bit bios dependent on the OS or the hardware.

No it doesn't matter if its 32bit or 64bit, reboot the computer and go into bios setup screen.
It should display on the bottom right or left which bios version it has currently.

You will want the most recent bios update released by them.

Before you flash and you are worried call them sometime tomorrow and have tier 2 technicians which bios download is the right one.
