Confusion Regarding PSU

Hi to the community. I wanted to ask as to can the 250W PSU in my Inspiron 580s run an MSI HD 7750 2GB DDR3 version ?

A system with a 7750 should be running around 350W. I don't think you'll have the power needed with your PSU.
