Conmputer is running, but no output to screen.

My Computer was at first having a issue where my screen would turn off then turn back on with the message "graphic driver has failed and then recovered" (or something similar) I overlooked this and continued using my computer. A few days ago my computer then when started up after logging in to it, the screen crashed. This happened continuously as well as during start up. I believed it to be my graphic card, I have since gotten a new card but the problem is still there. I have checked my monitor and it does not seem to be the problem. Any help would be appreciated and if more information is needed I would be happy to provide it.

Seems like faulty power supply. Constant restarts are signs of faulty power supply and graphic card was crashing to due to un- proper flow of power. I suggest try running another power supply.
