Connect 2 pin fan on video card to 4 pin fan controller?

Hello, i have a Geforce 210 and i find that the fan on the video card is loud. the fan on the video card is connected with a 2 pin connector. Would it be possible to disconnect the 2 pin fan connector on the video card and attach the 2 pin connector to a 4 pin connector of a fan controller to adjust the speed of the fan?

Use Rivatuner or msi kombustor to control your cards fanspeeds, although yo could do it that way, the software method is preferable
