Connect an existing storage setup?

Hello, I recently had to reinstall windows 7 ultimate on my PC, previously I had a 2TB HDD where all my user data went (downloads, libraries, etc...) After the reinstall, windows created everything on my C:\ drive, how do I fix it so that my D:\ drive is reconnected and I have access to all my files again?

In your current "Libraries", you can point to other folders/locations. Right click on Documents, select Properties.
Click Add...
Point it to the place on the 2TB drive.

Thank you very much! Linux distros I can handle, but Windows is pretty much alien to me lol.
