How To connect Cougar Rgb Fans HPB120 direct to psu

i bought 4 Rgb Fans from Cougar to my pc build without the Cougar Core Box Controller
the fans have two wires one for power header and the other for the rgb header
my mobo B450 Tomahawk havent the rgb one

and because Cougar not sold the Controller core box alone
i bought
LEDdess DS Rainbow RGB Fan LED Sync Controller
to control the fans but it didnt work!! (it works good with led stripes 5050 but not the cougar fans rgb )

any way to connect the rgb wire directly to the psu
