connect front panel

hello
I have gigabyte ga h110m s2h and there is in the front panel
p lead (+,-)
amd there is prw led
I connect the jumper but no power when I press the power buttom

Try connecting the button to PW+ and PW-

Looking at the English manual, on page 14 you'll find a diagram that illustrates how to connect the front panel leads.

I already connect it as in digram but no power I try another motherboard it works for me but this motherboard not work
