Question Connect more than 1 fan to 1 header?

I need better cooling in my pc so i ordered 3 120mm fans and a connector because i only have 1 header on my motherboard.

I am seeing things that you can connect many fans to 1 header, then again i am seeing that you can't and it is best to connect via molex/psu.

Are the fans i got and it says Rated voltage: 12V, Current: 0.12A, Input power: 1.44W
Not really understanding this is it 12v total? or per fan and i read somewhere that as long as the fan header doesn't exceed 1A it should be fine.. Could someone educate me on this?
Also my psu is 430w

It's 12v maximum for every and each fan but current and power add up. How much power fan header can supply is up to MB manufacturer but in most cases can take as much as you need. In any case they use too little power to matter to PSU
