[SOLVED] connect my laptop to 144hz monitor

i have HP Omen 17 laptop and the graphics card on this laptop is gtx1070 but the display on the laptop is 4k/60 hz

but know i wanna buy Msi G27c4 monitor for playing at 144 hz but my question is can my laptop run 144hz via HDMI port on this monitor? because i heard it is only work on HDMI 2.0 Port and i do not even know which port i have on my laptop

I believe that the 1070 Max Q is supposed to have HDMI 2.0b for its output. If for some reason it has HDMI 1.4 then it could work at 1080p @ 120Hz.
