Question Connect Neewer nw-800 to motherboard after phantom power supply, will it work?

Hi! As the title says, I' m looking forward to buy the Neewer NW-800. After some research, I found out that it requires a phantom power supply to work correctly (My motherboard audio chip can only supply a maximum of 36V, and the mic needs 48V). My question is, will it have good audio if I connect it directly to the mic connector on the back of the PC?
